I have been a satisfied BW Tire customer for many years, but recently I had a problem with my CRV. I could not tell if my battery, starter or something else was defective. I was able to drive the car there looking for advice. I did not have an appointment but they were kind enough to stop what they were doing and diagnose the problem and repair it while I waited. I was then able to continue on to work without further delay. Thank you Herb and staff for the great customer service!

Shout out to BW Tire by Giant Eagle. https://bwtireandservice.com I was about to have to drive to Cleveland with one headlight but I stopped in at BW and they took good care of me right away. The manager and the mechanic were both so friendly and helpful. Good people. Thank you!

BW Tire in Pickerington Ohio is considered to me as a great auto/ tire repair shop. I have been visiting this sore for several years to have all my vehicles serviced and tires purchased. The owner/managers and service technicians are always friendly and informative regarding the care for my vehicles. I like how the they consider that my time is important to me and they move swiftly to get me in and out of the shop. I have many times taken advantage of the many different discounts and I will without resorvations continue using this location for my future vehicle repairs. I highly recomend BW Goodyear Tire and repair Pickerington store

Always good service with a smile. They get cars in and out in very timely manner. Honest people and very thorough. Would go back there for sure! Mike and Rob rock!
